
Kevin Meakin, DO
Dr. Meakin believes that actively listening to and acknowledging his patients' concerns play an integral part in their care. Patient-centered care is the focus of Dr. Meakin’s practice style and philosophy. He believes that quality health care utilizes a contemporary ENT treatment approach, while putting the patient first.
Dr. Meakin received his undergraduate degree from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. He received his medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.
Dr. Meakin completed his internship and residency training in Otolarngology-Facial Plastic Surgery through the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Meakin is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He serves on the Board of examiners for the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Meakin is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS).
