Fees and Payments
Fees vary based on the services that you receive. Payment
is due at the time the service is rendered. This includes
your co-pay. You have several options for making your payment:
We are pleased to accept Care
Credit. CareCredit is a flexible payment service used
to pay for your healthcare needs, making it easier for you
to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. You
will find it ideal for co-payments, deductibles, or treatment
and procedures not covered by insurance. Please visit

If you do not have insurance, please be sure to telephone
our financial counselor, Alexandra Bundick
before scheduling your appointment. Our self-pay patients
have found it very helpful to understand the many options
that are available, and appreciate having this resource available
to them before their first appointment.
If you are considering getting health insurance,
it is important for you to understand how insurance works.
