How to Become a Patient Your insurance company may require that you get a referral from your Primary Care Physician before becoming a patient. Please check your policy. If required, you must get the proper authorization from your insurance company before scheduling your appointment. Scheduling Your First Appointment If a referral is required, the referring physician may schedule the appointment for you; or, once you receive the referral, you may schedule the appointment yourself by telephoning our office.
